Visa Sponsorship & Immigration Information

Visa sponsorship is available for qualified foreign workers. For Canada, most sponsored factory roles proceed under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) with a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). Depending on your profile, pathways like the Provincial Nominee Program or, in some cases, Express Entry may also be options for longer-term immigration planning. STEP2 Kitchen Studio and its partners can guide suitable candidates through LMIA-supported hiring and work permit applications.

International applicants should prepare a valid passport, an updated resume, reference contacts, and any education or training certificates. You may be asked for a medical exam, police clearance, or language proof depending on the program. The usual sequence is a job offer, LMIA approval by the employer, and then a work permit application through IRCC. Timelines vary by country of residence and program. Clear, complete documents help speed up decisions.

How to Apply

  • Prepare an updated resume/CV in English highlighting relevant factory or hands-on experience.
  • Emphasize safety awareness, teamwork, and any machine or tool skills you have.
  • State your current work authorization status for Canada and your earliest start date.
  • Include references if available or previous supervisor contact details.
  • Submit your application through the apply button on this page.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for next steps.
