Visa Sponsorship & Immigration Information:

Topline Farms may consider visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates through Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). This typically involves the employer obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to demonstrate the need to hire a foreign worker when local recruitment has not filled the position.

Eligible applicants may apply for a Canadian work permit after a positive LMIA is issued. Depending on your country of citizenship and profile, related pathways such as the Agricultural Stream of the TFWP may apply. Prepare key documents including a valid passport, updated CV/resume, references, proof of experience, educational credentials, and, if requested, language test results, police clearance, and a medical exam. Meeting all Canadian immigration requirements is essential.

How to Apply:

  • Prepare an updated resume/CV in English tailored to vegetable packing or food handling.
  • Highlight relevant skills such as sorting, packing, quality checks, and adherence to food safety.
  • State your current location and work authorization status (e.g., citizen, work permit holder, or needing sponsorship).
  • Include contact details and professional references if available.
  • Indicate your availability to relocate to Leamington, Ontario, and your earliest start date.
