Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Crop Planting & Care: Plant, water, stake, and maintain vegetable crops following farm standards.
  • Harvesting: Pick and sort produce to meet quality and grading requirements.
  • Crop Monitoring: Inspect plants for pests, diseases, and growth issues; report problems promptly.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely use basic farm tools and small equipment after training.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Follow all safety and food-handling procedures, including PPE use.
  • Housekeeping: Keep fields, pathways, and work areas clean and organized.
