Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Crop Planting & Care: Plant, water, stake, and maintain vegetable crops following farm standards.
Harvesting: Pick and sort produce to meet quality and grading requirements.

Equipment Operation: Safely use basic farm tools and small equipment after training.
