Visa Sponsorship & Immigration Information:

Aberhart Farms Inc. welcomes international applicants who meet the role requirements. For qualified candidates, the employer may consider supporting a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to enable a work permit under Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), in line with Canadian immigration laws and operational needs.

Eligible pathways may include the TFWP and, where applicable, agricultural streams such as the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (country eligibility dependent). Applicants should prepare a valid passport, updated resume/CV, proof of work experience, references, and any available language test results. The LMIA process involves the employer demonstrating a need for a foreign worker; once approved, candidates apply for a work permit from their home country or within Canada if eligible.

How to Apply:

  • Prepare an updated resume/CV in English highlighting farm or general labour experience.
  • Emphasize physical ability, safety awareness, and availability for seasonal schedules.
