As a Fruit and Vegetable Sales Associate, you will serve customers in-store, keep displays fresh and attractive, and ensure every shopper leaves with high-quality produce and a great experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, grocery, farm stand, or customer service experience is an asset, but strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
  • Ability to lift up to 20–25 kg, stand for extended periods, and work in cooler/refrigerated areas.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling/POS transactions.
  • Good communication skills in English or French; bilingual candidates are an asset.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Availability for shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
