Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on the use of electronic cigarettes.
• Customer Experience: Create intentional experiences for customers by building genuine relationships and determining customer needs in a compliant manner.
• Operational Standards: Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures, including education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, and checklists.
• Age Verification: Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under.
• Insights Sharing: Collect and share customer, product, and operational insights with the Store Manager and Owner to improve business results daily.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new trends and products in the electronic cigarette industry.
• Payment Handling: Accept payments via Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Debit.
• Promotional Awareness: Create awareness of promotional programs and sales to drive customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal communication and effective written and oral skills.
• Previous cash handling experience and accepting payments through Visa and MasterCard.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
• Solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.
• Ability to achieve success and generate sales independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive thinker, self-starter, and problem solver.
• Positive attitude and effective team player.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers in one-on-one or small group situations.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Experience with pod systems, Disposables, Atomizers, External and Internal Battery mods.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:
