Job Details:

• Hours: 35 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a relevant role

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant at Truckpoint, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities to ensure smooth sales operations and outstanding customer service. Your tasks will include:

• Operating the cash register efficiently
• Utilizing computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems
• Assisting in the display of merchandise to enhance customer engagement
• Providing accurate price quotes, credit terms, warranties, and delivery information
• Greeting customers warmly and discussing their needs for purchase, rental, or lease
• Maintaining organized sales records for effective inventory control
• Preparing merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease transactions
• Crafting sales, rental, or leasing contracts and processing various payment methods
• Delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
