Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects in accordance with department standards. Your role involves creating schedules, monitoring resources, managing deliverables, and fostering communication with internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with art leads to assign tasks and maintain a supportive work environment is key. You’ll be expected to mitigate project risks, manage budgets, and ensure accurate project documentation.
Duties:
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with department standards.
- Create schedules, monitor resources, and manage project deliverables.
- Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with art leads to assign tasks and manage team performances.
- Mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and manage project scope creep, reporting findings to the Production Manager and Lead Producer.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and reports meeting department expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous producer/project management experience, ideally within the games industry.
- Familiarity with art development pipeline processes.
- Experience with Agile & Waterfall Production methodologies.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring adherence to set standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing projects to completion.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Salary:
- $50,000.00 Yearly
