In this role, you’ll help ensure fresh fruits and vegetables are carefully sorted, packed, and labeled to meet strict quality and food-safety standards.
This position is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work. No prior packing experience is required—training is provided. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sorting & Grading: Inspect and sort produce by size, quality, and appearance according to company standards.
Packing: Pack fruits and vegetables into trays, clamshells, or boxes while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Labeling & Sealing: Apply labels, dates, and codes; seal packages to prepare for distribution.
Quality Control: Monitor for defects, damage, or contamination and remove non-conforming items.

Equipment Use: Operate basic packing line equipment and follow safe operating procedures.
