Personal Care Attendant Position🇨🇦 + Visa Sponsorship (LMIA Support)

Currently, our clients and employers seek passionate and qualified Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Nursing or as a Personal Care Attendant.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English with a minimum CLB Level 7.
• Possession of a valid international driving license.
• Must be on an Open Work Permit in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and companionship to individuals and families during their time of need or family disruption.
• Administer bedside and personal care, aiding in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and undressing.
• Plan and prepare meals, considering special diets and assist in feeding clients.
• Perform routine health-related tasks such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting in medication administration, and collecting specimens under supervision.
• Engage in general housekeeping duties including laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work at client residences across various locations in Ontario, Canada.
