Job Summary:
As a Midwife, you will take on the responsibility for managing a ward/unit/caseload, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Requirements:
- Valid and current NMC Midwife registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Midwife
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in on-call rota
Duties:
- Assess care needs and implement evidence-based care programs.
