We are seeking motivated General Labourers to support field harvesting operations, with responsibilities that include hand-picking vegetables, sorting for quality, and packing produce for market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Harvesting: Pick vegetables by hand or with basic tools according to ripeness and quality standards.
Sorting & Packing: Sort, grade, and pack produce to meet company quality requirements.
Quality Control: Identify and remove damaged or unsuitable produce during harvest.
Cleanliness: Keep work areas, containers, and tools clean and organized.
