Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate harvest crews to meet daily output targets safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Monitor crop quality and product handling to meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Training & Coaching: Instruct team members on harvesting techniques, productivity methods, and safety protocols.

- Knowledge of mushroom cultivation or produce harvesting is an asset.
Education:

Benefits:
- Stable full-time seasonal employment with a reputable Canadian producer.
- On-the-job training and leadership development.
- Supportive, team-focused work environment.

Visa Sponsorship & Immigration Information:
Qualified international candidates may be considered for employer-supported work authorization through Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP). This typically involves the employer obtaining a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), after which the candidate can apply for a Canadian work permit.
Applicants should prepare a valid passport, updated resume/CV, proof of relevant experience, educational credentials, and references. Language test results (e.g., IELTS/CELPIP) are not always required for a work permit but can be helpful for future pathways such as Express Entry or provincial programs. Sponsorship decisions are based on operational needs and compliance with Canadian immigration regulations.
How to Apply:
- Prepare an updated resume/CV in English tailored to harvest supervision or agricultural leadership.
- Highlight relevant experience, productivity achievements, and safety/compliance knowledge.
