Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Crop Handling: Plant, tend, and harvest greenhouse crops with care and accuracy.
Packing and Sorting: Grade, sort, and pack produce to meet quality and shipment standards.
Sanitation and Organization: Keep greenhouses, packing lines, and work areas clean and orderly.
Equipment Operation: Use hand tools and basic farm equipment safely under supervision.
