Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Field Preparation: Assist with soil prep, bed setup, and greenhouse/field tasks as directed.
Planting & Crop Care: Seed, transplant, weed, prune, and irrigate to maintain healthy crops.
Harvesting: Pick, sort, and handle produce carefully to meet quality standards.
Post-Harvest Handling: Wash, grade, pack, and label products for storage and shipment.
