Job Summary
Swift Connect is seeking reliable Farm Machinery Operators to support efficient crop production on farms in and around Delta, BC. In this in-person role, you will operate and maintain tractors, harvesters, and attachments while helping with planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate tractors, harvesters, loaders, and field implements.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform daily inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all farm and provincial health and safety rules, including PPE use.
- Field Operations: Assist with planting, cultivation, spraying support, and crop harvesting.
