Job Description:

As a Content Manager, you will be a Social Media obsessive with a keen eye for cultural trends. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and implementing an ambitious Social Media strategy that aligns with our brand identities and future business objectives. Collaborating with the Creative Director & Project Manager, you will create engaging content for existing social channels and lead the launch strategy for our new brands.

Duties:

  •  Develop and implement a robust Social Media strategy that aligns with brand identities and future business objectives.
  • Generate dynamic, high-quality, and innovative content for existing social channels. Lead the strategy and content creation for the launch of new brands and businesses.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director & Project Manager to create guidelines for all social channels, ensuring engagement and alignment with brand values.
  • Liaise with on-site teams to capture content, ensuring channels are up-to-date. Engage with our social media community.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for each brand, maintaining brand standards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance social media growth. Deliver monthly strategy evaluations to Directors and Operations team.
  • Arrange and attend photoshoots and brand events, capturing content in real-time.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience running professional accounts via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Experience in brand strategy, especially in launching new products or businesses.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in photo editing and design tools (Photoshop/Canva/etc).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for photography.

Salary:

  • £45,000.00 Yearly.
