As a Cleaner, your primary responsibility is to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the designated area. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all facilities are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Utilize knowledge of strip and wax procedures for floor maintenance.
- Perform routine and specialized floor cleaning, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
- Monitor and report any issues related to waste management.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked cleaning cart.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

- Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning coverage.
