Job Summary:

As an Automotive Service Technician and contribute to the maintenance and repair of vehicles to the highest standards. you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and addressing vehicle malfunctions, ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles according to established standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize strong diagnostic skills to identify the source of malfunctions and efficiently carry out the required repairs.
• Ensure all vehicles are qualified for warranty coverage before initiating warranty repairs, adhering to dealership policies.
• Examine vehicles thoroughly to determine if additional safety or service work is necessary, providing comprehensive assessments.
• Conduct road tests using safe driving standards to evaluate the performance of repaired vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of all performed maintenance and repairs, documenting findings, and providing detailed reports to the service manager.
• Interact with customers to understand their concerns, explain the scope of necessary repairs, and address any questions or concerns regarding vehicle maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with other service technicians, parts department, and service advisors to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

• Collaborate with the parts department to order necessary components for repairs, ensuring timely availability of required parts.

Requirements:

• Strong product knowledge, particularly in automotive technology.
• Technical/mechanical repair aptitude.
• Good time management skills to efficiently handle repair tasks.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail for thorough inspections.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a technician position.
• Previous experience in a general dealership.
• Hold a 310S license.
• Preferred: Experience with the Audi brand.

Salary:
