Job Description:

As a Butcher reporting to the Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team. Your role involves cutting, de-boning, trimming, and de-skinning meat using machines. You will thrive in a chilled food environment, performing regular lifting, pushing, and pulling tasks. Safety is our priority, and you will be expected to work in compliance with company and regulatory health and safety standards. On-the-job training will be provided to enhance your skills.

Duties:

• Cutting and de-boning meat
• Trimming and de-skinning meat using machines
• Working in a chilled food environment
• Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling tasks
• Adhering to company and regulatory health and safety standards
• On-the-job training provided
• Uphold quality standards by inspecting and ensuring that all products meet our specifications.
• Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and notifying the Supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
