As a Barber you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional grooming services and fostering meaningful connections with our diverse clientele. You’ll contribute to our shop’s success by showcasing your expertise in haircuts, grooming, and client interactions. Duties:
- Provide a range of haircuts from long styles to skin fades.
- Demonstrate expertise in facial hair grooming and beard styling.
- Specialize in hot towel shaves and showcase precision in straight blade work.
- Offer personalized suggestions to meet clients’ hair and grooming needs.
- Engage in detailed consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles or grooming services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care products and provide recommendations to clients for at-home maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the work area, including proper sanitization of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in barbering/hair styling.
- Hair Stylist Licence (preferred).
