Larch Grove Farm Ltd. welcomes applications from foreign workers who are legally eligible to work in Canada. For strong candidates, the employer may consider supporting a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to facilitate a work permit under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), subject to operational needs and compliance with Canadian regulations.
Eligible pathways may include the TFWP Agricultural Stream. Applicants should prepare a valid passport, updated resume/CV, proof of relevant work experience, reference contacts, and any available credentials. While formal language testing is not always required for every stream, English ability sufficient for safety and instructions is expected; providing language results (e.g., IELTS General) can strengthen your application.
The LMIA process involves the employer demonstrating a need to hire a foreign worker and obtaining approval before you apply for a work permit. Final decisions on work authorization rest with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

- Prepare an updated resume/CV in English tailored to farm and outdoor work.
- Highlight relevant experience with planting, harvesting, tools, and maintenance.
